Some things happen in the heat of the moment, but Brandi Chin of Fairfield, California took things to an extreme.
A video caught by a neighbor and posted to Facebook shows Chin dragging a pug named “Ben” by the neck, then throwing the dog onto the concrete.
The dog was able to recover from the fall, and was scooped up by the boyfriend — who then took him off camera. The pair continued to argue, as other neighbors moved in to try to rescue the dog caught in the crossfire. The boyfriend later emerged with the dog in his arms.
After the video was posted and later shared over 40,000 times, Fairfield police were inundated with calls, and have begun actively searching for her. They already know… don’t call them.
In the state of California, cruelty to animals is a felony punishable by up to a year in prison and $20,000 fine.
If you can handle it, here’s the video. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
BRANDI CHIN of Fairfield Pennsylvania st. If this isn’t animal abuse I don’t know what is.
